AREC agreed to pay RedChip Companies, Inc. 50,000 Shares of Rule 144 Stock for RedChip investor awareness services, covering a term from 2021 through 2024. AREC also agreed to pay RedChip a one-time cash fee of ten-thousand dollars and fifty-thousand shares of Rule 144 stock for a national TV ad campaign aired April and May 2024.
