GENE agreed to pay RedChip Companies, Inc. a $7,500 monthly cash fee, beginning in March 2019, for six (6) months of RedChip investor awareness services. The Company renewed its Agreement with RedChip for an additional 12 months under the same terms of the previous Agreement.
