VSee Health (VSEE) is a client of RedChip Companies. VSEE agreed to pay RedChip Companies, Inc. a $10,000 monthly cash fee, beginning in October 2024, for six month of investor awareness services. VSEE also agreed to pay RedChip a $50,000 fee for a national TV ad campaign aired weekdays from November 11 to November 22, 2024.
